Hockey Joke of the Year

HOCKEY JOKE  From Mr. I

ARE YOU SMART ENOUGH TO JOIN THE FLAMES?

Two hockey players wanting to join the Ridge Meadows Flames were asked to take a written test to see if they were smart enough to join the team. If they failed, they would be not allowed to join the Flames and would have to go play for the Abbotsford Pilots.  The exam was fill-in-the-blank.

The last question read, "Old MacDonald had a ________."

One player was stumped. He had no idea what to answer. But he knew he needed to get this one right to be sure he passed.

Making sure the coach wasn't watching, he tapped the other player on the shoulder. "Pssst.. What's the answer to the last question?"

The other player laughed. He looked around to make sure the coach hadn't noticed and said, "You're so stupid, everyone knows Old MacDonald had a FARM."

"Oh yeah," said the first player. "I remember now."

He picked up his pencil and started to write the answer in the blank. He stopped. Tapping the other player on the shoulder again, he whispered, "How do you spell FARM?"

"Are you are really that dumb,” said the other player. That's so easy. Farm is spelled

E-I-E-I-O."
